Great glass teapot. Fast shipping. The teapot came packaged excellently, nothing was going to break it in that packaging.It can be used easily with infuser,and the infuser has very small holes so even finer loose tea won't seep through and the infuser goes almost to bottom of pot so you can make less than a full pot successfully with loose tea.The spout is designed just right to pour. This glass can be heated easily with no trouble.Really a great product.I'm delighted with my purchase. I will recommend this teapot to my friends and would buy it as a gift for others. ----By Ash
